Using object snaps and centerlines

- [Voiceover] We're staying in the drawing 00_GND_FM_DEFINE or dwg and as per the previous video, we've got the structural plan, the GA drawing linked in as a reference file so that we can utilize the snaps on it. Now this particular video, we're actually gonna talk about utilizing those object snaps and the center lines to allow us to define the areas. Now up until now, we've been using the internal H of each area and the doorway we've kind of been splitting it in two. So for example, if I zoom in on this small little area here you can see there's the area polyline there. And can you see we're going halfway out into the doorway into the opening and in the other room here is coming halfway into that opening as well. Now, you might want to do that slightly differently, you might want to go to the center line for example of each wall. So let's have a look at that method instead.
