- Welcome to another tip and trick for you to use in AutoCAD. Now we've got a nice, new drawing for you, it's called Landscaping.dwg and you can download that from the website to, obviously, follow along with the video. Now, you can see that we are in the model space and it's basically a landscaping layout for a property. You can see the decking, you can see the two white garages there, and the orange line represents the building line. The brown bits represent some fencing and the back gate, and the gray squares represent patio slabs underneath the decking. And obviously there's going to be some work done and some landscaping done and so on and so forth. Now, what we're going to look at is a nice, new feature, it's available in the AutoCAD 2018.1 update, and you can get to the features in this particularly new panel in a different way. So I'm just going to show you the new panel first, which is in the View tab. This is in the AutoCAD 2018.1 update and it's this Named Views panel here.…
