- [Presenter] We're starting a new chapter now, all about alternative methods of working. Now, one of those things that you might be looking into is allowing your staff to work from home. Now, I've been really lucky in my career. For the last 20 or so years, I have worked from home. I've worked remotely. The only time I leave the office at home is to go into the classroom and teach face-to-face in a classroom when I'm running a course for my learners. Now, a lot of the time, working from home is a great environment to work from. Now, as you can see, I've put some hashtags up there that you will have seen have become very prevalent during this period of the pandemic. So, you've got #wfh, #workingfromhome. If you go on to LinkedIn for example, you will see many, many people commenting on how they're working from home during the pandemic. And it involves a lot of juggling.
