The neutral zone

- [Instructor] In the introduction to this course I mentioned the neutral zone, the NZ, or Nzed, as you call it here in the UK. Now the whole idea of the Neutral Zone is to give you the area that is a transition area. So you'll notice here in the graphic you can see the Nzed, NZ text there explaining what's going on, you're in the neutral zone. But you've also got floor markers that define where you're going to go in and out of the classroom. So that big bold dashed line is actually marked on the floor and the floor markers there are basically letting you know which way you should go in and out of the classroom in the classroom model in the AutoCAD drawing that we're going to be using. So the whole idea of the Neutral Zone is that you have defined floor markings. So you've got an area there where you've got sofas and tables where you can sit down.
