- [Instructor] In this video, let's see how automation can streamline processes, helping you focus on important tasks. Consider Ruby who works in a manufacturing company. Ruby is responsible for responding to client queries via email. Often, she needs to read and reply to these emails on an urgent basis. and so, she wanted a system to separate emails requiring urgent attention, such as client queries, from those that did not need immediate attention. That's when she turned to Automation Anywhere's RPA solution, AAE client. Let us see how it helped her. AAE's RPA tool leverages robotic process automation or RPA to automate tasks. In Ruby's case, AAE's RPA tool helped her set up a designated inbox to segregate non-urgent emails such as those from the HR. The system was designed this way.
