- [Instructor] So here's the beauty of Cognitive Services which are prebuilt AI models made available for you and Azure. Cognitive Services allow developers to build AI infused applications without having any AI, ML or data sciences skills. It can be as simple as calling a REST API through a combination of an end point URL and an access key and getting adjacent file back with the results. You also have a huge headstart by utilizing models that have been refined by Microsoft for years. On tools such as Bing search, Skype, X-Box and Cortana instead of having to create one from scratch. It has a pretty good language support with SDKs and Code Samples available on .Net, Node.js, Python, Go, Java and so on. It also respects your privacy. Cognitive Services do not keep your data after processing. Which means it's easier to be compliant with privacy standards such as GDPR. The only exceptions are some of the Bing APIs…
