Filter work items
- [Instructor] There is a way to filter the list of work items shown in Team Explorer. It's using this dropdown. The top item is called assigned to me. It shows all the work items that are assigned to me in the project in the order that they were last updated. The last item shows my activity. What does that mean? Well, this shows a list of items that I've recently looked at or viewed or that I've updated in some fashion. Next, we'll look at following. Currently this is empty. This is how this works. I go to a web portal, I'm reading through our list of work items, and I see that Terry has this user story. I read more about the user story and I'm interested in knowing when people make changes to this user story. I'm not assigned to this user story. It's just something I find interesting. So I can click on this follow button here. And then when I go back to Visual Studio and refresh, it gives me a list. So it's a quick way of seeing inside Visual Studio the issues and items that I'm…
