It's made up of best practice guidance, documentation and tools that IT professionals, cloud architects, and key business decision makers need to achieve their objectives. The Cloud Adoption Framework talks about aligning your business and technical strategies, how to deliver operational excellence. And this is where I have a problem. Don't get me wrong, it's a great resource, powerful loads of useful stuff, but it's dense. There's a lot of stuff here and it's designed to cover a wide audience. But when you read it, you do really get the impression that it's aimed more at large corporates and organizations with a lot of resource and less so at a smaller business.
