- [Instructor] So, in this demo we're going to explore how we migrate a Virtual Machine to Azure using Azure Migrate. So, in the previous video we created an Azure server migration project and we talked about how you can either deploy tools to your network or use a CSV file to provide the migration data to Azure. In this demo, we'll use a CSV file to make things a little easier. So, here we are on Azure migrate and the first thing you need to do is click Discover, here, on the assessment tool. At the top, here, select Import with CSV. First, download the template. It's a good idea to modify this template rather than trying to craft this file yourself. So, here is the template and you can see it contains a lot of columns, some prefilled with some example data. The columns with the asterisks are required fields, everything else is optional.
