Team Explorer with Azure DevOps
- Most of the Azure DevOp features integrated into Visual Studio are available in the Team Explorer window. I've got two copies of Visual Studio open, so you can see the differences between this Git project on the right, and this Azure DevOps version-control project on the left. In Team Explorer we see a mixture of tools from Azure Repos and Azure Boards. For example, here you'll find version-control tools and work-item tools. First let's explore this top area here. Recall that I've opened the projects, but I haven't configured my local repository settings for either project. So I'm seeing a notification of that. Over in the Azure DevOps version control, I need to do something called configuring my workspace mapping. In the Git project, I need to clone my repository. Below that, I see exactly the same sections. There's a section that lets me link to the website, the web portal. I can do it in several ways. I can click on this hyperlink here, or I can click on this Web Portal link…
