- [Instructor] I need this kind of thing in my life. I forget almost everything. (laughs) I almost forgot to do this course even. So let's go make a checklist and assign it to a ticket. Let's jump into BIM 360 Ops. Go either to your portfolio or go to your building. Let's go to checklists. Let's click Add. Let's create a new checklist. Add checklist item. Adjust thermostat. Enter. Let's do another one. Sweep floor. And Enter. Add another one. Buff floor. Let's add a name to the checklist. Let's call it Janitor List. Now let's click Done. Here's our Janitor List. Now if we go back to our main screen, we can assign this to almost anything. So if we go to our open tickets. Go to Change Chairs. Let's click in checklists. Let's add our Janitor List. Click Done. So if we click on 0% complete, we can start checking stuff off. I did that. I did that. But after I swept it I didn't feel like buffing it, so I'm just going to close out of here. 66% completed.
