- [Instructor] Well, I see we have everything in place to start issuing tickets and testing this thing out. The objective of this video is to create and monitor a work order ticket. So let's jump into 360 Ops. You can either go to your portfolio or go to the building you're in. Notice that we already have two tickets and they're both open. So we can either go to new or all open. Let's go to all open. Remember I'm too hot? Grease the hinges. Let's add a ticket here. Add description. Change chairs. Created by me. Priority is medium. For the location, let's just say first floor. Once we start typing, it'll come up. It's pending. Due date, that's fine. Assigned. Once you start typing the name, your people will show up.
