Viewing assets
- [Instructor] Now that we've sucked in a bunch of assets from Revit, we can start scrolling through them. I'd like to just jump into our portfolio and see what kind of information we can have with our assets. So let's go to BIM 360 Ops. Either you're in your building or you're on your portfolio. Either way, let's go to all assets. Here is a list of all of our assets. Quite a few. So if we just select one, in this case, this one's a door. Notice our building prefix. It started with an A. Asset HQ, second one. We can do a bunch of stuff to it. We can change the location. We can assign the asset to a person. We view the 3D model where the asset is. We can look at the history of this asset. One thing we can do also is change the status from Commissioned. We'll say In Use. It's a door. We can add photos, add PDFs. We can add a URL. We can add details to it. So that's how we look at our assets.
