- [Narrator] I put this task higher on the list because I have found that we can really streamline the process by setting user permissions based on the company users work for as opposed to the individual. I know I'm jumping ahead a bit, but you see, BIM 360 is a database. BIM 360 also grants access to different models and folders via permissions. It's much easier to say anyone at this company can have access to this folder as opposed to clicking on individuals and assigning them individual permissions. Also, and more importantly, when you add a user, assign a company. That user will have the permissions of their company. That way when you add a new user to the project, they'll already have permissions to that folder. That being said, let's add a company. Go to your BIM 360 sites. Go to your account admin page.
