- [Narrator] This is a MIDI monster here, Bitwig Studio, but we also have the capability to work with audio in a very powerful way. So let's talk about recording a simple audio signal from one source. I'm going to go ahead and just open up my preferences here. And I'm going to choose the input device that I want. I'm using Universal Audio Apollo with a mic pre and intern a microphone connected to it. Go ahead and close that. And I'm going to create an audio track by hitting command, shift-t. You can also do that in the add menu there. I'm going to rename this, command-r, G-U-I-T-A-R for guitar, you knew that. And now I'm going to go over here on the left-hand side, in this inspector view, we have our IO. This is the in and the out, and we have those for each channel, okay? Each track has an input and for instrument tracks it's a MIDI in and an audio out. For an audio track it's an audio in and audio out. Now we're only…
