Beginning to texture the face
- [Instructor] To create the textures for the face, instead of bringing in an already made 2D image, like for the space suit or creating an image in an external paint program, like we did for the cap. Here we're going to actually create the texture in Blender using Blender's own texture paint features. Now even with these new version of Blender, the texture paint functionality isn't really as full as one might hope, it's certainly isn't like working with Krita or Photoshop or something like that. This is another example of something being very Blender-specific. But, let's give it a try and hopefully you can use it in your workflow. So what I'm going to do first is select the head here and I want to go over to the UV editing area. And I'll go ahead and close this cap texture, and I'll select everything for the head.
