Configuring a cycles sky material

- [Voiceover] In this movie, I want to create the initial scene illumination and lighting for the environment here. That is, we're going to be adding some initial lighting to this scene, and then refining the lighting a little bit further in later videos. Now to get started doing this, I'm gonna move to the Tools panel at the top here, and make sure that the Cycles Renderer is engaged, and indeed it is. In addition to this, I'm gonna move over to the Render tab. Now, in the case of my computer that I'm using here, for the Device section I'm gonna make sure that CPU is specified, but by default the GPU Compute will be specified, and if you can get away with that option with your graphics hardware, then I recommend strongly that you do so. It will produce faster results, but in the case of this recording, I'm going to select CPU for my Device here. In addition to this, I'm going to roll out the Properties panel here, and for the preview 3D view down here, in the Rendering Mode I'm going…
