Creating the arm and hand bones
- In this lesson, we're going to add our left shoulder, arm, hand and finger bones. So the first thing we wanna do is go into the quad view, and select our front view. And the reason we wanna do that is we wanna select the highest spine bone and go down here into Edit Mode because we're gonna add bones. I'm gonna scroll in, and select the tip of that bone and hit e to extrude. The reason we want to extrude from that bone is that the shoulder bone should be connected at the top of the last spine bone. And we wanna place it somewhere that is going to make sense for the position of the spine. Now, as we scroll out, we're going to yet again hit e, extrude this bone, and select to meet somewhere around the elbow. And now, once again, we're going to scroll over, hit e, and extend again towards the hand. We'll hit e again and extend for the length of the hand. For the time being, we're going to leave those bones alone because now we wanna shift to a top view and make sure those bones are…
