- Well now that we have the larger pieces of furniture in the room, let's take a look at making a few of the smaller pieces and some accessories in the room. Let's work on these end tables here, around the couch, on either side of the couch. They're modern, molded tables, with a magazine rack on the front. Now, we don't have very good images here in the scene, so what I've done is I've gone out and found... a reference image that gives me the basic shape. It's not exactly the same piece, but I think I can make it work. So let's work on this. The first thing I'll do is go to a new scene here, and I think we can begin with just a polygon plane. I'll rotate this so it's 90°, and bring it up so it's sitting on the plane, I just like to have them sitting there on the plane. And from here I'll just extrude this edge, and... I'll hit E to extrude, and I'll bring this out straight for the top, E to extrude again, bring it down for this side, and then extrude again, and again, and bring this…
