How to set up your animation file in Blender

- [Instructor] The next step in your character animation journey is to set up your Blender file with your character and the background. In order to do that, we're going to use the system called linking that allows you to work with other Blender files dynamically. In fact, the cool thing about it is you can have one person working on one file, link it into a brand new scene, and you could work on that one without ever overriding the other person's work. Let me show you. The first thing I want to do is delete this cube. So if it's not already selected, just left click on it and hit Delete. Next, go to File, Link, and then navigate to your Exercise Files and go to the Shared Folder Directory. Inside Shared you'll see a few things, Arthur, our character, the office scene, and our animation file, our final animation and file, in fact. Now don't skip ahead.
