Modeling the boots
- Before we continue with the boot, let's go over here and give it a good name so we know what it is, and I'll just grab it and drag it into the name scene collections area so we have it out here. And then let's tab back into edit mode and select that top edge there, and now what we can do is begin extruding up to create the toe and then the heel and on up to the top of the boot. To do that, though, I think I'm going to go to my quad view here, let's go to Control Alt Q and that gives us the quad view. I'll also press the T key to get rid of that, and now we've got our perspective view here, our top view, and our front and our side. So I think this can help us create the boot as we extrude it on up. What I'll begin with first is kind of an edge around the sole here, I'll just hit E, and then I'll scale in just a little bit like this. Here we go.
