Modeling the cap mics
- [Instructor] To create the headset microphones here, I think all we really need is just a cube, and then we can begin extruding out to create the mouthpiece. So what I'll do is I'll just press Shift + A, and bring in a cube, and I'll scale it down quite a bit. And let's just move this up and kind of put it in place and see what we can get. So I'll scale it quite a bit, and I'll hit that period key to zoom in, and let's try and put this in place, I'll go to the side view with the three key, and go to wire frame and let's... It's not exactly in the right location here but that's okay, we can kind of work with it what I'm going to do is, go ahead and create it here like this, and then we'll move it into place. I just want to be able to see it a little bit better. So I'll select this face here, and just well I've still got the proportional editing tool on, I'll hit that O key to turn it off.
