Rendering is the process of combining objects, lights, and animations into one easy to share image.
- You're almost there. … In this video we're going to bring everything together … in a render or 3D scene. … Now what is rendering? … It's the process where lender takes all of the information … the 3 objects, the lights, and the camera … and combines it all together to create a final image … or even a final movie. … It can be a long process … but thankfully Blender has a few ways of speeding it up. … So let's take a look at how to render … this awesome scene that we've created. … Now just to be sure, hit N … or open up the caret … and make sure that camera to view is off. … If you're good there … you can hit end to get some more real estate … and zoom in so we can get a good idea … of what the scene is going to look like. … Let's come up to our render tab … and there are a lot of options in here … and we'll explore a lot of these later on in the course … but for now you can go ahead … and turn on a few of them like ambient occlusion. … Which lets you find where the darkest parts … of your meshes are …
