The importance of feedback

- Reviewing your work and getting feedback is an important step in the character animation process. In this video, we'll talk about how to deliver feedback and what questions you should ask as an animator. Now, I want to encourage you as an animator to show often and show early to anyone who will watch. They don't even have to be other animators. All I want you to pay attention to is the way they react to your animation. Are they laughing at your comedic moments? Are they sad at the moments that you want them to be sad? These initial reactions from people will tell you if your ideas are being communicated or not. Now when they're done watching your animation, I want you to ask them three questions. One, what was their favorite part? What did they enjoy the most? Two, what was something that maybe wasn't as strong, or not working out for you? And three, did anything seem unclear or ambiguous?
