- [Voiceover] When I add one of these punch-key symbols to a drawing, and then save the drawing back to the cloud where everyone on my project can access it, I'm essentially alerting one of my trades to the fact that a repair needs to be made. For example, when I select the WR symbol, I'm telling my trades that the drywall needs to be repaired in the location where I added the notation. And I know that, because if I change to my List or Description view, again, WR, if I drag this open, says the drywall surface is not smooth or it's damaged and it needs to be repaired. So, again, if I select that, and then I zoom in and I add that to Locations on my drawing, I'm telling everybody that, in these locations where I've added the notation, there needs to be some repairs made. Now what would be even more useful is to provide some additional information as to the extent of the repairs that need to be made.
