- [Jim] Welcome back to Bluebeam Tips and Tricks. I'm Jim Rogers, and in another episode I showed you how to create this text here underneath the title block called Project Specs. And I showed you how to make this a clickable link, to open the Project Specs, right here in Bluebeam. Now, this is a great way to create hyperlinks, to other files that you have access to. So what I mean by that is, this link works for me because I have this Project Specs file on my computer. Now if I took that file and these drawings, and I stored them in a Bluebeam studio project, then everybody who had access to that studio project, would also be able to use this link, and open up the Project Specs. But, if I took this set of drawings, and I clicked on File, Save As, and I went ahead and saved this PDF file and emailed it to somebody else, this link is not going to to work for them.
