I'm Jim Rogers, and for a good part of this weekly series I've been focusing on finding ways to be more productive when using Bluebeam Revu. If you've been following along, you've hopefully started to see that a lot of these tips involve taking a little time up front to properly set up your Bluebeam Revu environment to work the way you work, and then to take the time to really process a set of design or construction drawings to make them easier to navigate. In another episode I discussed using the Hyperlink tool found under the Tools menu to create clickable links anywhere on your page or anywhere in your drawings. This week I'll show you another way to quickly add clickable hyperlinks throughout your entire document with just a few simple clicks. This involves the fact that often times in a set of drawings there will be text that's actually a website address, but it's not clickable; it's just text. For example…
