- [Instructor] Another unique feature of the review software is it's ability to create a PDF from scratch. Right from within the program itself. Now what I mean by that is that I'm used to having to create a document say like a request for information or an RFI in a program like Microsoft Word first and then I use a plugin or a PDF printer to convert it from it's original format to a PDF format. Now this is fine sometimes, particularly when I need to create a document in a native file format like a PowerPoint presentation that I need to give and then I want to turn it into a PDF for distribution to the team. That's great but sometimes I just want to create a one page document with some standard formatting and it would be nice not to end up with two versions, the original format and the exported PDF.
