- Throughout many of my other courses, I really try to stress the importance of integrating safety, quality, and productivity into all aspects of your construction management activities. And I can pick from any one of those three basic elements and come up with dozens of short topics for each one. But how do you pick which one should be first? Well, I dropped back, and I picked out a topic that I think impacts all three. Today we're going to discuss topic that I think is a somewhat new trend in the construction industry, a topic that I think could be one of the largest and most impactful changes our industry has seen in many years. Today I want to discuss digital drawings, and not the digital CAD files that the designers produce, but digital drawings that we can actually use out in the field, on the job site, and in the construction office.
