- [Jim] Hi, I'm Jim Rogers and in the last several episodes of Bluebeam Tips and Tricks I've been discussing the creation and use of digital IDs to electronically sign documents. Digital signatures and electronically signing documents is an important topic because digital signatures are secure and they're a legally accepted method of signing all types of documents, so as you continue on your journey into an all-digital environment, having a good understanding of this concept is important to you so you can do things like sign contracts, and plans, and specifications. Now once you have your digital ID, like I've discussed in several other Tips and Tricks videos, using it to sign documents in Bluebeam Review is really pretty easy.
