- [Jim] Hi, Jim Rogers here. You know, many people may not realize that Bluebeam Revu has the built-in ability to export PDF files into several other file formats. What I want to show you in this episode is how to use the built-in feature that allows you to export a PDF into a PowerPoint presentation. Let's see what that looks like. We're going to come up here to the File menu. We'll click on that and select Export. Here's where all of your Export options are, and again, I'm going to focus, in this episode, on the Export to PowerPoint function, and when I highlight that, you'll see I've got the ability to export the entire document or just a page region, and I want to show you what each one of those does. Let's start by choosing Entire Document. When we click that, a dialog box opens that asks us to name our PowerPoint presentation, and it defaults to the same file name that your PDF uses, so we'll leave that alone and just click on Save.
