- [Instructor] Hello and welcome back to Bluebeam Tips and Tricks. Today I want to address the issue of are drawings getting too cluttered because we have too many markups on them. This is something that we see time and again, particularly when we have a group of people, a large team of people, working from a shared set of digital drawings. So say I've got this set stored in a Bluebeam Studio project somewhere, and we're all working from the same set of shared digital drawings. We can end up with a lot of markups on here, markups for measurements and take offs, red line notations, RFI comments, personal comments. It can all just get to be too much. So if we're looking at this particular set of drawings that I have on the screen you can see I've got a few markups on here, and it's already starting to get a little cluttered.
