- [Instructor] Welcome back to Bluebeam: Tips and Tricks. This week's episode is the second in a three-part series on creating fillable forms. In part one, I showed you how to create a custom fillable form from scratch right from inside of Bluebeam Revu. This time, I'll show you how to turn one of your existing digital files into a fillable form. One note, you will need Bluebeam Revu eXtreme to create a fillable form using the method that I'm going to show you here. The other versions just don't have those fillable form creation abilities. The best way to start this process is either with an existing PDF document, or you can start from within the application that you used to create the original digital file. Now, in this case, I'm going to start in Microsoft Publisher where I already have the form that we used to print out and use as a paper form.
