- [Jim] Hello and thanks for joining me for Bluebeam tips and tricks. I'm Jim Rogers and this time, I want to take a look at one of the ways that I use to help me keep things organized, particularly, keep my material takeoffs organized on a set of construction drawings like this. Now, here just to show you, I've pulled up the sample drawing that's built into Bluebeam revu's help menu. You can find it up here by clicking Help and then Welcome to Revu and it'll give you a button that will open this particular drawing for you and it shows this one just because you can see that somebody has started to do some quantity takeoffs on this set of drawing already. If I go down here to the lower left corner and click on my markups icon, it opens the markup panel and you can see here that somebody started to do some takeoffs on things like vertical paneling.
