Using File Access to pin and sync files

- [Voiceover] So far I've shown you how to access files that are stored in the cloud. Now to set these features up, you have to be connected to the Internet. Of course, you'll need Internet access to find, open, and save files in any of these cloud storage accounts. But what if I want work on a document when I don't have Internet access? To do this, I need to enable file sync. Now this is very quick and easy to do, and I can enable sync for an entire folder or just for individual files. So let's take a look at this process. To do this, I'm gonna tap again on File Access icon. Now before we start looking at which files are synced and which ones aren't, we want to make that this icon is green. If this icon's not green, make sure to tap on it so that the view enables both device-stored documents and cloud-stored documents.
