- [Instructor] Bluebeam Revu contains a lot of different tools to help you manipulate and work through a pdf document. Now finding all of those tools is kind of one of the tricks to becoming a productive Bluebeam professional, so in this episode of Bluebeam Tips and Tricks, I'm going to talk about the different tools that you can find in the status toolbar in Bluebeam Revu. Let's take a look. First of all, the status toolbar has to be turned on in order to access those tools. So let's come up here to tools and scroll down to toolbars, and we can see our status bar is not turned on because there's no check mark next to it. So to remedy that, we're just going to click once, we'll put a check next to that status bar, and hopefully when I did that you saw the status bar appear down here at the bottom of the screen.
