Setting up a project file in After Effects

- In this video we focus on setting up our After Effects project file. These settings have been selected to give us the highest quality output for our final video presentation. Remember our final output is compressed video, so we wanna keep the quality high whenever possible. Let's talk about the interface. There's some general areas here and you may notice a lot of similarity to Photoshop. One of the primary areas is this section here called Project. This is where all our assets will show up when we import them. Next up is a Comp window. This is where we see a video preview of our current work. Another big part of the interface is the Timeline down here on the bottom. This is where we'll be doing most of our work. Now along the right side we have a couple of various panels, you may notice some similarities to Photoshop again. We have a Menu at the top. And down below there is a toolbar, which has a lot of familiar looking icons if you've been working in Photoshop. So these are the…
