From the course: Fred Kofman on Accountability
Conclusion
- There's a big difference between a learning tool and a manipulation tool. A manipulation tool, like a gun, is something that gives you power when you have it and the other person doesn't. A learning tool is a tool that you want to give the other person, because you'll both be more effective when you both have it. I hope you find this material useful and that you will find it useful to share it with all the people you work with, because in an environment of integrity, everybody's more effective.
