(light music) - Welcome back, so here we are, Lesson Three, we are going to set our priorities and learn to let go of things and projects that no longer serve us, and even toxic people who are energy suckers. So, the priority this lesson is to actually, as they tell us on airplanes, secure your own mask first. Not because you're selfish, but because that's the way for you to be most effective. Take care of yourself so you can take care of others. So this lesson's objective is to identify your priorities and figure out how much time and energy you should be spending on them. It's very important, particularly for women, to remember that no is a full sentence. It needs no further explanation. And a no to one thing means a yes to something else. So go back to Lesson One where we talked about looking for the warning signs, like saying yes when you really mean no, and the price you pay for that in terms of stress, in terms of exhaustion.
