- With 49 billion in revenues in 2015, and over 97,000 employees, Pfizer is among the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, and is consistently near the top of the Fortune 500. Within the corporation, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, or PCH, develops, manufactures, and markets leading non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and nutritional products, including Advil, Centrum, Robitussin, and Emergen-C. PCH excels at growing over-the-counter brands. This is their core business.
