As with most things in life, after you've completed something, you should take the time to look back, review and evaluate, figure out what worked, what didn't, and how you could do it better next time. In the Landon Hotel example, that's exactly what they did. The story was a huge success. They got thousands of views. It was shared by people all around the world. But they learned one of the things was that their audience really liked photos. Those behind the scene photos that they shared as part of their strategy? They realized next time maybe they should do more of that or perhaps the next time they tell their story, they'll take one of those other ideas and do the photo essays of the towns around the hotels. They also realized that these videos were great, and that people enjoyed them. Their staff enjoyed them.
