- This course will help you get started in the world of HR metrics, and how to use what you learn to drive HR initiatives. I'm going to give you ideas on what to measure, and how to use it to create a better environment, and more productive employees. Know that there are many things you can measure beyond what's in this course, and I've selected things I personally find important, or that will help you get started easily. My goal is to help you get your foot in the door to metrics and get you thinking more strategically. LinkedIn Learning has a variety of courses on SPSS, Statistics and Metrics, and I recommend exploring them if this course gets you excited about measuring and digging into data.
