Who should use this course and how

- As a creative, you are going to be presented with multiple types of contracts at multiple times during your career. For example, you may be asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement, requiring that you refrain from talking about a project for a specific time period or you may be asked to review a request for proposals and respond with your own proposal. Now, these take many forms, estimates, pricing, but for this class, we'll refer to them as RFPs and proposals or alternatively, you may be responsible for bringing in freelance talent for your own company or someone else's company. No matter the flavor of contract document, my hope for you is that this course will provide you with a basic understanding of the common industry contracts you're likely to encounter and more importantly, know when to seek counsel.
