- This has been quite a lesson. We've worked on our priorities, we've worked on how we spend our time, who is in our train, the power of no. And when we really focus on learning what our real priorities are and what really warrants our time and attention, that's when we feel the full shift. Now, listening to your intuition and your dreams, you'll begin to see the warning signs, and the caution lights. They are all there, we just need to pay attention. So, let's take a look at what's in our tool box of keystone habits. First we started with sleep. Then, mindfulness and meditation. Then, we moved onto learning to disconnect from our technology. And then, we added movement in our lives. You're halfway through the course, you should becoming around the corner now and feeling stronger, more present, more connected, more joyful, more loving.
