Creating an event in iPhone Calendar

- iPhone has a native Calendar app that many people find highly useful. I'll go over some of the basics of adding and retrieving an Event in the iPhone's Calendar to get you started. Open the Calendar app on your iPhone. To add a new Event tap the + symbol in the top right corner of your screen. Name your Event in the top text box labeled Title. A good Event name will tell you what the Event is as well as if it's with a specific person. For example, Meeting Bob Smith. In the next box labeled Location type where your Event takes place. If you have Location Services allowed in the settings of your phone the app will give you choices of locations that it recognizes from your recent Events. For example, if you type Starbucks you'll see a list of the recent Starbucks you've used in the Calendar. You can click on one of the choices and the Event will show a map within the Event details on another screen. You may also choose to type a location that does not link to a map. When you're…
