- Now that you've seen all of the components that make up a paperless system, you're ready to create your plan and implement your own paperless system. I recommend you use the transition timeline worksheet in the exercise files to help you determine which elements you would like to implement first. Make sure you don't miss any important steps, and track your progress as you go. Next, use the paper policy worksheet to create your own policy based on your specific comfort level and situation. Then go back and do each lesson again as you're ready to implement your plan in order to take note of all of the details and information. Transforming to a paperless system is not always a fast process. Only work on changing one or two areas at a time, and practice using those areas until they're strong habits before moving on to a new one.
