Using Evernote to save and retrieve information

- [Instructor] Evernote is a popular and effective program for storing notes and information in a way that's easy to access. A similar program is offered by Microsoft called OneNote. The interface for Evernote on a Mac computer versus a PC is slightly different, but the features are similar. I'll be using a Mac for today's demonstration. To use Evernote, you'll need to set up an account and install the program at evernote.com. You can set up an account for free to start using the program immediately on the web. The desktop application is also extremely useful. To install the desktop app, click Download. Your download should automatically begin. Complete the download process and install as you normally would. Once the installation is complete, open the application. When you begin, there are already some notes created for you to show you different features of working with Evernote. Read through these to explore more of what Evernote can do.
