(Swooshing sound effect) - Alright, so we're back here with Philippe. And, uh, Philippe, what I want to do, we talked about the T-birds earlier. Now, what I want to do is focus a little bit on some of your 5S activities. - All right so, our 5S program, I mean the way it works is, we selected six Champions. So, these six 5S Champions are scattered throughout the whole company. Each Champion has a designated area where they are, once a month. - Like a company? - Yeah. They become the writer. - Designated Company Writer. - I mean, some of them have one in the company and some of them have two. So it depends on how big the areas are. So, each of these six Champions are scattered throughout the facility. They do the audits twice a month, and they have a standard audit sheet. Which goes through each of the 5Ss. Once they do all these 5Ss, that audit sheet gives them a score. That's the score that that area…
