I'm an area manager in the Atlanta, Georgia area, and my question is what advice do you have for balancing leadership, when to push and when to pull, coaching others to success without demotivating them, and the hardest part of leadership right now for me is the balancing of both leading and managing the business. - [Todd] How to strike a balance in leadership. Man, that's a great question, a super important issue. So, here's the truth. The truth is you're supposed to treat people the same on a few different places. For example, transparency in how you deal with them, open access to opportunities, certainly accountability, these are ways we treat people the same. But a whole lot of leadership requires balance in terms of how we treat them differently.
