We've got to be able to speak boldly and courageously. We've got to be able to speak, even when it's outside of our swim lane or area of expertise. Because it's going to be from that degree of courage, candor and challenge that we get richer ideas. Now, this kind of conflict avoidance is relatively normal to teams.
